Station 720

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms are between you and Station 720 ("we", "us"; see section 12) and cover your use of Station 720 (the "Service"), where you describe a game and an AI model makes it for you. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Your account

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where the law requires) and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share it or try to get around the limits on it, including by making several accounts to collect free credits.

2. What the Service does

You write a prompt and choose options. We send them, and any reference images you attach, to AI models (see the Privacy Policy), which write a playable game. AI output can be wrong, broken, surprising or similar to other output. We do not promise that a game will work, be unique, or be fit for any purpose. You use games you make, and play games others share, at your own risk.

3. Credits, plans and payment

4. Capacity

We set limits on how much AI work the Service does each day and month. When a limit is reached, new games are paused until it resets, and we may refuse or stop a request. A request refused before it starts costs no credits.

5. Your content

You keep the rights you have in your prompts, images and the games you make, and you give us permission to host, copy, display and run them as needed to provide the Service, including showing games you choose to share in the arcade and leaderboard. As between you and us, you own the games you make to the extent the law allows; because they are made by AI, ownership and copyright may be limited or unclear in some places. You promise that your prompts and images do not break the law or anyone's rights.

6. What you may not do

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put the Service at risk.

7. Games made by others

Shared games are made by users and run in a sandbox, but we do not review each one. Report anything that looks wrong to support@station720.com. If you believe a game infringes your copyright, email us the link to the game, a description of what was copied and where the original is, and your contact details; we will review it and remove material where appropriate. We may close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

8. Ending

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We can suspend or end the Service or your access for the reasons above or if we stop offering it. Sections that should survive ending (such as 5, 9 and 10) do.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty, express or implied, including about availability, accuracy of AI output, or fitness for a purpose.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or $50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under law that cannot be waived. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; if the change is important we will tell you in the Service or by email, and using it after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and disputes will be handled in the courts of New York County, New York, unless the law of where you live says otherwise. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
